Details of the issue:

We have discovered an issue with our Salesforce connector that impacts inbound syncs that occurred between 1pm UTC on 4th February 2025 and 5:30am UTC on 5th February 2025.

The issue affects the interpretation of timestamps, which means that some of the data ingested during that period may contain incorrect timestamp values.

Action required for existing syncs

The fix for this issue has already been deployed, but there is an action you need to take for any inbound Salesforce syncs:

  1. Open the Omnata UI, and navigate to the sync

  2. Click on the Controls tab

  3. Expand "View Sync State" and click the "Mark all for full refresh" button. You do not need to check the "Truncate the table" box

  4. Click "Confirm"

  5. Next time the sync runs, the corrected data will take the place of the existing data
