Plugin capabilities
Overview
Omnata built, tested and supported two-way plugin for Zendesk Support. The plugin uses the standard Salesforce APIs to push data to and pull data from Salesforce Objects.
Inbound Syncs
Omnata will automatically fetch data incrementally, where supported, reverting to full-refresh if not. You can the choose storage behaviour, merge or keep history. For specific use cases, you can choose a sync strategy for each stream.
Outbound Syncs
The outbound sync strategies supported vary depending on the target app. The typical outbound strategies supported are Create, Update, Upsert, Mirror and Delete.
