Incrementally extract from Zoho

The inbound sync uses Zoho's Bulk Read API to pull module records into Snowflake tables. Every module in your Zoho CRM organisation (Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Deals, Tasks, and everything else) is automatically discovered and available as a stream. You select the ones you want.

Omnata automatically normalizes using the json schema and applies the sync strategy; whether merge or append.

Push enriched data back to Zoho

You can also write data from a Snowflake table back into a Zoho CRM. You can create new records, update existing ones, or run upsert operations. Your analytics team can build enriched datasets in Snowflake (lead scores, customer health scores, segment flags) and have those flow back into Zoho for sales and support teams to act on.
