The new Omnata Notion Plugin syncs your Notion workspace into Snowflake, running as a Native App inside your Snowflake account. Pages, databases, blocks and users are pulled directly into Snowflake on a schedule, with no middleware or data-handling infrastructure in between.

Replicating data into Snowflake enables you to join Notion data with the rest of your sources. Project tracker meets Jira ticket data, Notion-based CRM meets revenue data. Plus, operational knowledge that lives in Notion enables AI use cases and context for AI Agents.

Why Omnata?

  • Flat pricing - Unlimited records, syncs and refreshes.

  • Buy one connector or bundle multiple.

  • Native to Snowflake; skip cyber reviews, data sovereignty issues and procurement hurdles.

  • Easy to use; start in minutes, click to config, rich with sync features.

How the sync works

The plugin connects to Notion via its API, auto-discovering the databases and pages in your workspace. Content is scoped to the integration user in Notion so you have full control over what gets synced.

What you can sync

Notion gets used in two distinct ways. Some teams run it as a company wiki: docs, SOPs, meeting notes and knowledge bases, all in a hierarchy of pages. Others use Notion databases as lightweight structured tools: project trackers, CRMs, content calendars, marketing campaign logs. Most teams end up doing both.

The plugin exposes your Notion workspace as a set of streams: databases (and their rows), pages, blocks, users and workspace metadata. If you use Notion as a project tracker, a wiki, a CRM, or a content calendar, it all lands in Snowflake in a queryable form.

You can sync from multiple workspace apps with Omnata

Notion joins Airtable and monday.com in Omnata's workspace connector lineup. These are tools where teams do their actual work, and where that work data is often most valuable once it's in Snowflake. Whether your team tracks projects in monday.com, manages content in Notion, or runs operations in Airtable, Omnata can bring it all into one place.

How the data lands in Snowflake

Notion's API has some limitations on what it exposes for change detection. Not every object type supports incremental fetching. Omnata handles this transparently: incremental sync is used wherever Notion allows it, so you're only pulling the latest edits rather than re-syncing your entire workspace on every run. For object types where Notion doesn't expose change signals, Omnata falls back to full refresh and merges the result, so you still build up a complete history in Snowflake over time.

Omnata fetches incrementally wherever possible, and you can decide how and where to land the data in Snowflake. Omnata dedupes records and adds system flags for AI context and data transformation pipelines, giving you a clean, instantly usable layer out of the box.
