The new Omnata NetSuite Plugin ingests data from your Oracle NetSuite ERP into Snowflake, running as a Native App inside your Snowflake account. It's the easiest way to pull data directly from Netsuite into Snowflake, with no middleware or data-handling infrastructure in between.
Why Omnata?
Flat pricing - Unlimited records, syncs and refreshes.
Buy one connector or bundle multiple.
Native to Snowflake; skip cyber reviews, data sovereignty issues and procurement hurdles.
Easy to use; start in minutes, click to config, rich with sync features.
How the sync works
The plugin connects to NetSuite via SuiteConnect Netsuite2.com endpoint, which is the best way to bulk extract from the platform. It's is designed for simplicity and automation, auto discovering tables and cursor columns for incremental sync.
What you can sync
The plugin auto-discovers the SuiteQL tables present in your NetSuite account, there's no fixed list to configure. Standard business objects like TRANSACTION, EMPLOYEE, CUSTOMER, VENDOR, ITEM, and SYSTEMNOTE are all accessible, along with the full range of NetSuite system tables. Custom fields defined in your account are included where they appear as columns on the relevant SuiteQL table. The specific tables available depend on your NetSuite edition and module configuration.
Depending on your Netsuite size and history, it has some chunky tables, Omnata handles this with automated, but tuneable, scaling settings. Transactions, invoice lines can typically have hundreds of millions or records, and the SYSTEMNOTE a known whale as it captures every change on every record. This table, while necessary for many use cases, is responsible for the majority of record-based pricing bills. (Thankfully not an issue with Omnata!)
How the data lands in Snowflake
Omnata fetches incrementally wherever possible, and you can decide how and where to land the data in Snowflake. Omnata provides an instantly usable raw layer:
Initial sync and periodic full-refreshes as required
Merge with de-dupe or Append storage strategy
Omnata adds system flags; Record ID, Retrieve Date, Deleted flag.
Raw and a Normalized View that handles schema change
